The New York Times Claims Video Proves Downed Ukrainain Airliner Was Hit by a Missile But Refuses to Attribute the Blame

OPINION| Lawrence David|While Progressives are trying to blame President Trump for the downed Ukrainian passenger flight that had just taken off from Tehran airport the New York Times obtained a video that appears to show Ukraine International Airlines Flight 752 was struck by a missile moments before crashing and exploding.

(The New York Times) Video verified by The New York Times appears to show an Iranian missile hitting a plane near Tehran’s airport, the area where a Ukrainian jet crashed on Wednesday, killing all 176 people on board.

As investigators work to determine an official cause of the accident, the video offered new clues about the crash, which came hours after a violent confrontation between Iran and the United States. American and allied officials on Thursday said they believed an Iranian missile had accidentally brought the plane down.

A small explosion occurred when what appears to be a missile hit the plane above Parand, a city near the airport, but the plane did not explode, the video showed. The jet continued flying for several minutes and turned back toward the airport, The Times has determined. The plane, which by then had stopped transmitting its signal, flew toward the airport ablaze before it exploded and crashed quickly, other videos verified by The Times showed.

Visual and sonic clues in the footage also matched flight path information and satellite imagery of the area near where the plane crashed. The satellite images were taken on Thursday and provided to The Times by Maxar Technologies, a space technology company.

The more important questions that require answering is who fired the missile and who ordered the attack?

The Times likely knows the answer to that question but refused to include it in its article.  If they had any reason to suspect U.S. responsibility they would have gleefully told us that.

(Newsweek) … The aircraft is believed to have been struck by a Russia-built Tor-M1 surface-to-air missile system…

… One Pentagon and one U.S. senior intelligence official told Newsweek that the Pentagon’s assessment is that the incident was accidental. Iran’s anti-aircraft systems were likely active following the country’s missile attack…

Suspicious baby wants to know: Did any of that $150 Billion Obama ordered the treasury to unfreeze go towards the purchase of the Russia-built Tor-M1 surface-to-air missile system?

Did any of that money buy the fealty of the seditious left-wing media propaganda machine?

Did any of that $150B fund the election of Congressional Democrats who are more aligned with the Iranian-controlled Iraqi parliament than they are with the interest of the U.S.?
